The CAPS Vancouver web site is designed to profile the expertise and activities of members of the Vancouver and BC chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, also known as CAPS.

CAPS members are typically speakers, facilitators, coaches and trainers. The chapter for CAPS Vancouver & BC is one of ten chapters in Canada [a potential 11th chapter is in formation in Newfoundland]. The chapters are: Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Saskatchewan, South Western Ontario, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg.
