HOW DENE CAN HELP YOUR ORGANIZATION

Dene Rossouw coaches individuals and teams on how to fastforward their engagement skills to increase their success and competitive advantage.

Clients seek Dene out because of his ability to coach teams and individuals on how to be strategic influencers, persuasive presenters and effective communicators. He specializes in helping organizations invest in their intrapreneurs, helping them turn their stories into strategies and ideas into initiatives.

His four programs using Rules of Engagement and the power of Authentic Dialogue have proven to get his clients a real return on their investment:

1. The Persuasive Presenter 2. The New Ideas Influencing Program 3. The Effective Communicator 4. The 3 Rules of Engagement

As an Integrative Coach, Dene helps leaders create a life of authenticity, purpose and fulfillment. Integrative, from the Latin verb ‘integrare’, means to make whole. His two integrative coaching programs are: The Integrative Leader and Destineering.

WHY DENE ROSSOUW?

In his quest for living a more purposeful life, Dene has had to constantly re-invent himself and learn from past failures and successes.

In a previous life Dene did his military training in the paratroopers [he has a fear of heights], he was a lifesaver [he is a terrible swimmer] and a preacher [he is still figuring out what he believes]. He was once a media spokesperson for the Chief Justice of Nova Scotia. Go figure, he doesn’t have a law degree. And if you call him and you get voice mail, he is most likely immersed in photography, learning about life and light through the lens.

Dene’s wide experience and eclectic background as a preacher, coach, author and photographer has led him to speak and coach about the power of Authentic Dialogue – how dialogue changes destinies and the deep need for Destineering – to have a clear sense of personal destiny. [Destineering is not in the dictionary yet - it's a combination of destiny, re-engineering and orienteering].

Authentic Dialogue – creating a destiny together – is the art of creating a new destiny through authentic engagement.
Destineering
is the practice of creating a life of authenticity, purpose and fulfillment.

Feedback from clients

I really enjoyed this course. It helped me change my perspective about my situation and how I can approach upcoming changes. It really helped me define why I react to change the way I do and helped me to clarify and accept my feelings towards change. You can thrive through change!

Dene – Your observations and learning tools captured our office. Your material was extremely relevant and had every one of our staff rethinking their part in the team and the organization. Thanks you very much for your presentation and I look forward to future sessions.

Hi Dene, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for the time and effort in putting together the workshop today. I just had the chance to type out all the feedback that I’ve gotten, and I felt very, very happy to see pages after pages of the students’ overwhelmingly positive feedback for the workshop. Many students mentioned that they wanted a more in-depth workshop in the future, and International Peer Program would be honoured to have you back as a speaker in the near future.

Dear Dene,

We would like to thank you very much for your guidance with our storyboard for the eASI project video. We have had nothing but rave reviews and praise for our work and acknowledge that without those sessions with you Dene, we would not have been able to pull together our theme so quickly and also to convey our message to others in a manner that could be easily understood.

Much appreciated!
