Patricia is a Collaborative Financial Advisor with over thirty years experience in finance, business and banking. She has expertise in advising individuals on managing their personal financial matters thus gaining detailed insight into their decisions and feelings about money. Patricia had an extensive client base and succesful practice with a national investment institution, giving financial planning advice and selling a full complement of financial products to her clients until she retired at 49. Now she follows her passion and leverages the benefit of those years of experience to students and clients in her private practice.

She created and presents “Four Piles of Money,” an active, engaging, results driven financial workshop that teaches people the skills and knowledge to quickly make accurate financial decisions. The participants develop a strategic financial plan in harmony with their personal values and life goals and they learn tactics best suited to helping them attain their objectives.

Patricia bases her work on the deeply held belief that your financial well being will allow you to gain personal comfort, confidence and control. It could lead to greater personal happiness, a more fulfilling career and an enhanced quality of life.

Patricia has presented to large and small groups on financial matters as well as in her volunteer activities. She volunteers with the BC Transplant Agency and teaches effective speaking. She has advocated for mental health issues and served on the board of a seniors care facility. She has experience as a board member and a mentor in the Big sisters organization.

Patricia holds a Certified Financial Planners designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council and is a member of the CIFPs.

Patricia has trained in mediation and collaborative practice with the BC Law Society and is a member of Collabrative Divorce Vancouver as well as the International Association of Collaborative Practitioners. In this area she advises clients in making sound financial decisions while experiencing the emotions of a major life transition.
