Notice is hereby give that The Annual General Meeting of CAPS Vancouver & BC will be held on November 20, 2010 at the YWCA, 535 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC at 11:00 AM during the regular November meeting.
According to our bylaws we are obliged to give 30 days notice of the AGM.
A quorum consists of 25% of eligible voting members.
Proxies are acceptable for voting and for quorum requirements.
