Della Smith has been described as being “strategic to the bone”. She earned this reputation by delivering innovative, workable communications strategies for companies and organizations for over 25 years.

As a consultant, Della has specialized in crisis and issues management, and worked in virtually every sector on issues from product recalls to tampering and misperceptions, disaters and more. She bridges the gap for people trying to understand how to communicate in today’s world of social and online forums. Della combines practical real life experience of working on high risk situations with proven science based tools and techniques to her presentations and workshops.

Della believes that good communications is central to having a good life.  She provides interactive workshops using opinion meters, iconic and memorable visuals and hands on tools and techniques. Her sessions are fun as well as highly informative.

Since closing her consulting practice in August of 09, Della is now focused on writing a book to share her communications expertise and experiences while still doing workshops, media training, facilitated meetings and presentations.
