Bio

An expert in the dynamics of organizational change, Mark DeVolder reveals why 70 percent of all change initiatives fail to achieve their stated goals. Most leaders focus the majority of their time on the numbers, but it is the people issues that often make or break a deal.  With straight-forward strategies and convincing business examples, Mark shows leaders how to improve the bottom line.

Mark’s presentations are a skillful balance of cutting-edge content, engaging stories with hilarious audience interaction. People leave with tools and a template to re-energize, re-engage and transform their workplace.

Mark distinguishes himself as a transition specialist and received the prestigious Top 5 Speaker USA designation in 2010.  Dr. DeVolder is also a Vistage and TEC Canada Speaker.  With a doctorate in Applied Cultural Anthropology, Mark has successfully guided change management projects worth more than 500 million dollars. Mark’s success is due in part to his expertise as a skilled mediator in conflict resolution with a 95% success rate in achieving signed agreements.
